Test Events

1-Day Course - Upon the successful completion of this course, officers will possess the ability to discern and evaluate crisis situations, wield diverse persuasive strategies for de-escalation, prioritize personal well-being and team cohesion, and adeptly guide situations away from turmoil toward rapport and voluntary cooperation.

5-Day Course - This course is designed for new and existing use of force instructors. Attending officers will be certified in our revolutionary soft empty hand system and teaching method.

2-Day Course - This course teaches officers proven skills for overcoming size and/or strength differences through the use of simple, easy to learn techniques. Our training methodology is time tested and specifically tailored for female or smaller statured officers.

5-Day Course - This course is designed for new and existing use of force instructors. Attending officers will be certified in our revolutionary soft empty hand system and teaching method.

The FIT Hybrid recertification option was created based on customer feedback using a blended delivery of online and in-person instruction. FIT Hybrid students will complete a series of distance learning modules at their own pace, followed by a 2-day in-person capstone event.

3-Day - Scenario Based Training (SBT) is widely relied upon by agencies to train their officers in critical skills while enhancing their decision-making process. When done correctly, SBT can be an extremely beneficial tool.

1 -Day Course - This course has been designed for the law enforcement officer who is new to an Investigations Unit within the first 2 years, or an officer who is considering applying for an Investigations position within a department. 

This two-day intensive program brings together two nationally recognized law enforcement training organizations, Officer Survival Series (OSS) and STORM Training Group, to deliver a modern, evidence-based approach to arrest and control tactics.
