Dale Ouse boasts a decorated law enforcement career, including experience in multiple federal agencies such as 15 years in the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), 7 years with the Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS), several years with the United States Border Patrol, as well as 5 years of experience in local law enforcement for the Grand Forks Police Department.

Dale’s experience includes:

• Criminal investigations with experience managing projects with multiple agencies
• Developed and led investigative cases in support of U.S. Government interests while supporting state and local agencies, cases included narcotics, financial and trans-national criminal organizations
• Team leader experience for the critical incident response team for HSI
• Decades of experience teaching firearms, tactics, use of force, and scenario based training to law enforcement and corporate security
• Selected as national instructor for HSI’s Office of Tactics and Training
