Scenario Based Training (SBT) is widely relied upon by agencies to train their officers in critical skills while enhancing their decision-making process. When done correctly, SBT can be an extremely beneficial tool. However, without proper planning and execution SBT only reinforces poor tactics and techniques, and creates unintended consequences.
This course will provide the participant with the knowledge and skills they need to safely and effectively create, organize and implement full scenario-based training at their agency.
