A spin-off of the popular OWN-IT course, this training is a great way to broaden your understanding of physical fitness and nutrition. This course encourages a culture of healthy behaviors and provides customized tools for officers to take their physical fitness into their own hands. This journey is aimed at improving the quality of life and productivity of the men and women serving our communities. We achieve this goal by taking a methodical approach to physical training and nutrition.

Officers can “opt in” to better health in an interactive training environment that address the needs of each individual. Whether you are solely seeking self-improvement, or hope to be a catalyst of positive change for an entire organization, this course will provide the tools you need to reach those goals.

This training is an excellent resource that organizations can use to begin the difficult and challenging conversations regarding overall personal health and wellbeing. When officers are able to improve their own health, they are inevitably more resilient to the physical, mental and emotional side effects of a career in law enforcement and similar professions.

Positive change starts with you.  It’s time to OPT-IN!
